Pizza is one of the things that I take very serious. Im originatlly from Upstate NY and the pizza i had was from a family that moved to my home town from Brooklyn NY. They owned a pizza shop there and part of thier family moved up state to open a new shop. There recipe was in their family for yrs. So im a bit picky on my pizza for sure.
